Product Development

When it comes to plastic parts, our considerations always focus on a component design which is truly accurate with regard to manufacturing techniques and we keep in mind how design features are affected by processing operations and material properties. That way, we can adhere to tight tolerance specifications.

A rheological fill simulation such as the Finite Elements Method (FEM) is carried out even before we manufacture the parts and allows us to draw conclusions regarding possible sink marks, flow lines, warpage and more.

Our company has been using CADMOULD injection moulding simulation software for 20 years now. This enables us to optimise gate location, flow path definitions and part quality by modifying component geometries at an early stage. It reduces the number of modification loops and thus saves costs for optimisation work later on.
