Schamp Kunststofftechnik will gladly support and advise you right from the start – from designing and developing the parts to mould and tool construction. For us, the development of plastic parts and injection moulding tools means close cooperation with our customers.

Offering full tool and mould design services, we create the basis for a successful volume production – always keeping an eye on the technical feasibility for tool and mould making processes and machine technology, rheological analyses and material specifications.

• Interfaces: Step, IGES, VDA, X_T, DXF and a lot more
• Mold Flow Simulation: CADMOULD Warp

With the aim of fully meeting customers’ needs and parts requirements, optimal product design can only be achieved by bringing together our highly experienced designers, mould filling simulation results and a close teamwork between our tool shop and injection moulding section.

What’s more, components can be visualised via 3D printing in advance.
